Due to the increasing price of gas, insurance,
vehicle maintenance - providing pick up and drop
off services to certain areas has become too costly
for BIB.
We will no longer be providing pick up/drop off
services to Richmond, North and West Vancouver,
Downtown Vancouver including any location West
We are open to meeting owners from these areas in
Vancouver at the MacDonald's located on the corner
of Lougheed and Boundary between the hours
of 230pm up to 9pm.
We prefer not to make multiple trips per day or
daily trips into Vancouver, so ask clients to help
us to co-ordinate meeting times if multiple dogs
are booked in the same week.
Keep in mind, the less time we spend picking up
and dropping off, the more fun we will be having
with your dogs!!
We hope this does not affect our working relationship,
as we very much value all our clients!
Please be aware that any time that goes over the last 24 hours, will be charged at an hourly rate.
Pickup/Drop Service Areas-Small dogs (up to 30 lbs)
$30 per dog per 24 hours
-Med/Large dogs (over 30 lbs)
$40 per dog per 24 hours
Additional $5 per night for dogs requiring special care (including but not limited to medication, high physical or behavioural needs)
Dogs that cannot be housed with other dogs due to dog aggression will not be accepted. If the dog proves to be aggressive, but we were not informed of this behaviour prior to their stay, an additional $10 per day will be added.
-Langley/Surrey $20 each way
-Abbotsford/Delta $25 each way
Meeting in Vancouver for pick up
$25 each way at the meet up location.
In order to ensure the safety of ourselves and our clients, all dogs must be non-aggressive with other dogs and be up to date with the following vaccinations: bordetella (kennel cough), distemper, parvovirus, and parainfluenza. Proof of vaccinations or titer test results are required. Flea, tick, and worm preventatives are highly recommended. All dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered.
Once we have confirmed that we have space for your dog(s), a Client Info/Waiver Form must be completed for each pet, and emailed to us. Please read the form carefully and note that, to guarantee your reservation, a deposit must be received no later than five (5) business days from receipt of said form.
